Kyan Hiatt did such a great job on my long curly hair. She listen to what exactly I wanted, I got highlights and the color I requested. I was very impressed with her work and love how my hair turned out!
The students do a wonderful job and the instructors are closely involved and make sure your hair is healthy and you're happy. I've been here several times over the past 2 years for highlights & toning and just brought my daughter for her first ever hair appointment. You can expect it to take a little longer since it is a school, but the results are just as good. I've definitely paid twice as much for highlights I didn't like nearly as much.
I made an appointment with a stylist, we chatted about what I wanted a few weeks prior to my appointment. The night before my appointment she messaged and said she was sick, she needed to reschedule. No big deal. I waited 4 days and never heard from her. I messaged her asking how she wanted to go about rescheduling. She never responded.. it's been several days. Pretty disappointed.
