Love my residents who have become my extended family
Agape Nursing and Rehab in Johnson City is one of the most disturbing places I’ve ever stepped into. I had a family member here recently, and I pulled them out as fast as I possibly could — because I was genuinely scared for their safety. The things I witnessed and learned were horrifying. CNAs are vaping marijuana at the nurses’ station and sneaking off into rooms to do it while on the job. Great facility! Staff is always so nice!
This place is sub par at best. The rooms have dirty floors, walls, AC units. The furniture is VERY outdated and not accommodating to larger people. Occasionally there is a smell from human waste permeating the hallways. The staff seems nice but the facility, Administration and Business manager need replaced. constant billing issues with no responses up to a week. Please look elsewhere to take your loved ones.
