They where very disrespectful to me ...
They installed a full HVAC system in my house. It was defective from the installation. The local installer they bought told me it was covered under warranty. The lady in the office told me it was covered under warranty. Charged me labor to fix it within the first year, after they sent me to collections. To summarize: they installed a defective unit, told me labor and parts were covered, then sent me to collections a year later. With other options out there, why would you hire them?
