Terrible comunications skills. While trying to take care of a loved one I have to call ten times before gettin any help or answers. Still waiting on a copy of a document that should have been given to us 3 months ago. One hand does not know what the other is doing. They need to be trained better or they have gotten too big to handle the cusomter service side of their business. Will never recommend them.
