The Agape Team was excellent other than the nurse Charlene and the social worker Theresa. After each visit from this nurse my friend would be depressed and emotionally messed up from her negativity for days. Absolutely no bed side manner or hope given. Update on my friend - she has now graduated off of hospice. Upon graduating off of hospice the social worker Theresa made the transition process confusing. The team is patient and caring and they’re friendly some people come in like big showoffs but not jackie and her team. Agape Hospice team provided amazing care compassion and support to our family member and our family. We truly appreciated their kindness, professionalism and dedicated Dedication during such a difficult time. Thank you for making our loved one comfortable and cared for with dignity and respect.
