Agape Hospice did an excellent job from start to finish helping with my sister in an assisted living facility. Everyone that I spoke to was kind and compassionate and very professional. The physicians and nurses were able to make decisions about her medication’s, which had a great impact on her life at the end. They were able to make decisions in a prompt way so that she could get help and relief when she needed it. Communication was key and they kept that open all throughout the process. We have been trying to reach this company for care of my family. We are not happy. No one is answering phones or helping us. Do not let these people in your home or care for your family. Neglecting us is not okay.
My family and I were under a lot of stress until Agape came in the picture. Their team was caring, empathetic, and loving. Thank you all for helping my father spend his last days with his family.
Agape have been there for our residents, they offer incredible services, don't wait to be reminded of supplies, every time shower aids comes about the will ask what we need/ low at. Nurse will follow up on effectiveness of medications and if any refills are needed. Kudos to agape
