I cannot express enough how happy I am with the service I received. Richard provided me with an incredibly reasonable estimate after an outrageous quote from another ac/heating company. I called in the morning and he had the issue diagnosed and repaired this same afternoon! I appreciated his honesty and integrity. Great, fast work! When I say reasonable, I mean he saved me $900 dollars and fixed the correct part rather than what the other company tried to scam me into paying for. Richard was awesome! Had trouble with my AC on a Friday evening. He was out the next day. Received text updates on the appointment, and when he was heading my way. He was honest and found the problem immediately. Luckily it was a small fix to get me back up and running & he never tried to upsale anything. The cost was resonable, especially for a weekend call. I will 100% be using Agape Heating & Cooling again!
Richard was extremely nice and very knowledgeable. he had us up and going in no time. thank you so much Richard we are definitely staying cool.
