Absolutely horrible. Apparently this office doesn't seem to think communication with patients is important at all. I've been asking for a call back for a week now, but all I get is another chance to leave a message.
I am very pleased with the medical staff here at Agape in Plymouth, NC! Doctor Lindsey Davis is my PCP. She is kind, and most importantly, she listens to her patients. I can't say how many times because of my ADHD, I've gotten frustrated with other doctors for the reason they don't never listen. Now the reason I gave them a 3, not a 5, is because the front desk personnel never answered the phone. You always have to leave a message for a "call back," then maybe they will call. Lindsay Davis, NP is awesome!! I have never had a bad experience with her! She always listens to everything I have to say and never downplays my symptoms. She is very thorough and has always done everything she can to find the issue
Worse office I have ever dealt with. Never get a returned phone call when you request. Very impolite doctor and most staff Will not return to this office
I’m not a patient but I have family members that goes here. I went to pick up some meds for my a family member and Apparently the receptionist was having a bad day or something! She was VERY UNPLEASANT! She needs to know at a facility of such her disposition needs to be different!
