Zaida truly has a talent for healing individuals. I always feel heard and seen not only about what my body needs, but also as a person. Her approach always leaves me feeling refreshed and oh so good. She is truly gifted!
On my healing journey, I've had a lot of different massages. I've never had one like this! It wasn't a complete rubbing to and from or in circles. It was slooow, measured pressure in specific points, I have no idea how they function but I felt it where I mostly needed it! It was so great, I had to go home, shower and sleep for the rest of the day! This was such an amazing session, I feel reset and it was only my first time! Can't wait to go back for a longer session! I did 60min, I need the 90 min :)
Magic Hands and energy of Zaida brought me back to life!!! My back was hurting a lot as a mom of newborn and after first session I felt much much better! Highly recommended if you are in San Diego:) Thank you soooo much❤️❤️❤️
