Very friendly,peasants stuff ready to help and listen,thank you doctor and nurses.
Honestly not happy with this place, they lied saying I was on a three month check up when it was legit my 2 time being here in one month & then had me waiting in a room for 2hrs & a half. We walked out because no one was checking in on us . What a waste of time & poor communication & they were trying to charge me $50 when I had already paid… not worth coming too…
Dr. Susan George is great, she listens and care about my parents’ health. She is bilingual with Malayalam, makes it easy for my parents to communicate. Staff are very hospitable and supportive, I have found them to be informative and helpful when it comes to billing and handling the process.
Long wait times. Talk to you through heavily tinted closed windows at front desk. Won’t see you until payment is taken up front (even by phone for a follow up). Opted for a vaccine and they came to run my card in the room . Argue with you about what your copay is…claimed it was $100 bc they called to verify and when I asked them to call again to verify magically it went to $15. Won’t refer/recommend you anywhere just told to google. Plenty of other better options.
