One star is a stretch. We were assigned this provider by our insurance 2 years ago and walked in for the first time today. Not sure why they accept our insurance if they don’t know how to identify or bill. Long story short, this group doesn’t care, and the level of care we received at the front desk is a huge red light as to what’s going on through the whole practice. Called our insurance immediately and changed providers. (the reviews for this practice are scathing, I should have done better homework).

The most unprofessional group of medical professionals that I’ve ever seen in my life. The only person at that office that is good is the front office staff, and I pray for her sanity having to work with a doctor like that. They schedule everyone’s appointments at the same time and don’t see anyone as scheduled. We arrived at 11 for an 11 o’clock appointment. At 12pm we all saw the doctor leave the building.
