I recently had my first appointment with Agape, I am so disgusted by the way the girl at the front desk, as I called to say I was there for my appointment, she answered the phone very unprofessinaly, she called me by my name as she answered the phone, not even stating it was Aagpe, said I will be right there to let you in, as I sat and waited, and was observing, and found out her name was Kylee,she sat there complaining about everything, and everyone, I have never seen someone so disrespectful, so as the time went by for me waiting to be seen, I was so impressed with the other front desk girl, as I learned her name was Maxeen, this girl went above and beyond to help me and very pleasant, she made me and the others sitting there feel very welcome and just the nicest girl ive ever meet in an office setting. As the other girl walked around flashing herself. and talking to the doctor about other peoples business in front of everyone, as she sat there telling everyone she loved them, I have never in my life have seen someone act this way!!!! as far as the guys went that helped me the young fellow was so pleasant and helpful, i have to say if it was not for that other girl that made my day i would have walked out of there!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Maxine, John, Gary, & Dr.Crowe all go above & beyond every single time I'm there. They want the best for their patients and are a pleasure to work with. I need exams for a medical issue, need glasses for both day-to-day vision, as well as for sporting use...not a cake-walk of a patient. Yet the team takes all the time needed to find the solutions best for me and I really appreciate that. ...and their pens are practically works of art!

Before a long holiday weekend, I experienced scary vision issues in one eye. I called Agape Eye Care and they took me right in despite their busy schedule. Dr. Crowe took excellent care and helped put me at ease. I felt confident in her exam and knew I was ok before I left the office and before the holiday. All of my experiences at Agape have been excellent. I would highly recommend.
