I've been a customer for a few years now and recently had a insurance change at the same time I suffered from Kaleidoscope vision. When I arrived from my appointment I was informed that because of the nature of the visit my eye doctor coverage now was considered specialist with a $40 copay. I was also informed that they don't take my secondary insurance which would have covered that copay, so I asked if I could be billed and was flatly and rudely refused. I recently had my first appointment with Agape, I am so disgusted by the way the girl at the front desk, as I called to say I was there for my appointment, she answered the phone very unprofessinaly, she called me by my name as she answered the phone, not even stating it was Aagpe, said I will be right there to let you in, as I sat and waited, and was observing, and found out her name was Kylee,she sat there complaining about everything, and everyone, I have never seen someone so disrespectful, so as the time went by for me ... read more
