Agape roofing had been periodically performing maintenance on our roof for 10 years. When we went to sell our house and asked for an estimate for a 5 year guarantee, thinking because we had maintained the roof with them they were trustworthy, they quoted us an outrageous amount (more than 1/2 of a new roof).We had the same work done for 1/2-1/3 the price.Its shameful how supposedly christians rip people off. Im ashamed they have fish and crosses on everything
Bought a home 2 yrs ago with a five year roof cert done by Agape Roofing. It now has leaks and rot and Agape claims the roof cert doesnt cover that part of the roof because of the slope. Not detailed anywhere as an exception on the roof cert form. We called them to get a bid on fixing this thinking they would either take care of it for free or for a very discounted rate considering it was their error not stating the exception or even stating the roof problems on the cert form.
