Dr. Michelle Bell is one of the best primary care doctors in Jacksonville, Florida in Florida ever she has treated both of my children. My oldest is 21 my youngest is 15 so my daughter aged out at 18 Dr. Bell is very thorough. She cares about her patience when she comes in the room, she doesn’t rush you. She goes over medication.
