As a former patient for almost three decades I couldn't agree more with everyone in saying how good a doctor, counceloeand friend Dr. Rhyme is. The thing that ended our (family's) seeing him as a Provider is the fact that Dr. Rhyme has known how inept, condescending, and uncaring his Staff for just as long as we all do but nothing changes. As for the few of us saying the Staff is 'great', perhaps they're the ones you see going up to the window and weakling their way into referential appointments

Got there at 11:20 am to get a ppd read I've waited for 20 minutes nobody came to check my arm and I had a paper in my hand for the nurse to fill out. The receptionist was very rude the moment I walked in and sure enough gave her the same energy because 20 minutes for a person to read your arm. Made me late for my other appointment. And the receptionist said shortly as in 5 minutes not 20 minutes. Do not go here wait time is too long and just for him to be with you for 10 minutes.
