Neglectful. DHEC needs to step in. Nurses don’t come when called, unsanitary cleaning methods. They forgot to give my mom breakfast and wouldn’t even bring her a drink of water. Do not send your family to this place if you can avoid it, avoid it.
RecommendedI love the Serenity Hospice team! I also work in healthcare and everyone that I have spoken with that has used Serenity Hospice has had nothing but wonderful things to say about them. From their volunteer coordinators and admin staff to their nursing staff and social workers, everyone I've met has such a passion for what they do and genuinely care about their patients. They are also very professional and always willing to answer questions and do whatever is needed to make sure patients and their families are taken care of.

RecommendedThe staff at Serenity was wonderful to my Mama during her battle with cancer. Nurses ,Joyce Mickle and Jessi Mullis were very compassionate with her at home. Nurse Janice at the Serenity Place was very sweet as were all the staff there. I couldn't have found better care for my Mama ! I highly recommend them !
