The care team that took care of my grandmother was wonderful. We had two other caregivers coming in the house, but DeeDee made the third and most memorable. She really took pride in taking care of my grandma and knew what she was doing. Thank you DeeDee and Agape Care! Love from the Samaria Church family.
Excellent. Improved communication from my previous review. The staff is friendly and is working hard with us and my 94-year-old grandmother. Greg is thoughtful and supportive, supervising even on holiday weekends. Thx Agape.

Could improve communication
It's just not going well at all. I'm spending more time on the phone trying to get the services and care we need than imaginable. They're just OK when all is well, then when you have a medical need such as a UTI they're unable to culture, treat, or transport to respite. I'll update my review if things change this week.... otherwise we will be shopping for better care. -(negative stars) One great nurse is trying with zero support from the company. Unacceptable
