If I could give zero stars, I would. Agam Properties, and more specifically Scott Radin, is the worst type of person to deal with. Unresponsive, disrespectful, demeaning, and rude as can be. He lets Tennants live in dangerous conditions and does the absolute bare minimum to avoid legal action. He takes advantage of people in tough situations and has no remorse or shows any sort of kindness. The only information given on a timely basis is when they want to increase your rent. Wow Words will not be able to describe the nightmare we went through and are still going with the management company Agam Properties which in fact does not manage anything for the tenants who live in the property but only tries to save costs for the apartment owners even if it is on the backs of other people under the worst sanitary conditions ! Be careful!!!! I wish someone was telling me that before I moved and spent so much money ! Just a scam!!!!

Be aware! Scott Radin aka Agam properties is the worst management company in California! He will never answer your call, will never fix any problems, and is behavior is very dangerous to the landlords and the tenants. Be careful not to do any kind of business with this company and personal
