Scam artist ! Be careful with any kind of business with Scott radin aka agam properties. He is not reliable never answer his phone and the way he is maintaining the properties is dangerous. Don’t be scammed by this con artist be aware

I was renter from these People for Two years. When I moved in the house was filthy, had broken blinds, mismatched blinds and door handles, various food wrappers and a peculiar spoon labeled “ cat spoon”, Pubic hair in the shower and various half ass fixes that really shows the quality of their work and attention to detail 🙄. The house could have been nice if he actually took pride in his assets but instead he did the bare minimum I Always paid my rent, never Asked for anything and was a model tenant.
