The Bo and Luke release is organized terribly. Only one register for two extremely long lines. Barely moved in 30 minutes in my 60 minutes in line (and counting ). Shouldn't take this long.
Jack was awesome. Super friendly, super helpful. Gouda grits are a must! I will DEFINITLEY be back!
Was lucky enough to enjoy your 70k Imperial Stout here in Charlotte NC. Absolutely another amazing beer. Citra Ass Down was my first experience, Something Local IPA and now this. Hopefully in the future I will be able to enjoy more of your brews and your definitely going to be a destination when I get some vacation time. Thank you very much for making beer that literally made me stop and say "wow" out loud.
As much as I LOVE the nachos, the service is hit or miss. Today, when there were only 2 other tables occupied, no one came to our table. Ever. We sat for 16 minutes hoping someone would at least take our drink order, but no one ever came. Sadly, this isn't the first time this has happened here. We decided, given the history of this service in the past, to simply get up and leave. If you go on an "On" day, the service and food will be 5 star worthy, but it's hard to know when those days are.
Great place, great beer, great people. What more could you ask for?

Their smoked Gouda grits are so amazingly perfect. The best I've ever had in my life. I haven't had a beer that I haven't loved from them yet. My favorite place to eat and drink in Louisville by leaps and bounds.
Food was really good and atmosphere was great. We got a pretzel with beer cheese and I had the barbecue seitan which was awesome. We did have to wait for 15 minutes before our server greeted us though, and the portions were small.
My favorite brewery. Food and service were top notch also!. Now sell me a case of Bo and Luke
