It was okay...the beer was good. The brisket...not so much. Sold as “Central Texas BBQ” but way off.

Thanks for coming by, John, and for the review. We should clarify that we use wood native to our region to smoke our meats and that our chef is inspired by Central Texas and South Carolina BBQ.
