I consigned my clothes here a few times... And always felt a little uneasy when the store clerk put my clothes in a laundry basket and just put them in the back without taking inventory. And then not once but twice, they lost multiple articles of clothing that I had consigned with them. So, if you are ok just donating your items, this is a pretty little place to take them. When I brought up the issue, the young lady said there is nothing they could do about it. Yeah...I won't be going back there.

I’ve really enjoyed this store in the past. Unfortunately there is no way to determine if you are accepting consignment clothes. Driving to the store for that purpose and being told to “check back next week” (by driving down to the store again) is very frustrating.

I came in for the second time today to try to consign clothing. Both times I hauled in my heavy bin from down the street, since there is no parking only to be told that they didn't have any more room for clothing to be accepted (after first checking the website that said they were accepting consignment). I tried to prevent this from happening by calling, but nobody EVER answers to the phone (which is why I checked the website). Beware Again Consignment, the Boise area is still small and your reputation means something! Did these guys change ownership? I have bought and sold with them for years. I think I’ve been a really good customer as well as consigner. Last time I was in they were so rude! Acted like I was a bother and they were not interested in preserving maintaining or developing any kind of customer appreciation. It’s sad when a good thing goes bad.
