I used to have really good luck with this place, but it seems to be going downhill lately. I went in on a Sunday recently to see about dropping some clothes off and the associate stood behind the counter right in front of me, but completely ignored me. I have tried to text and call them during business hours gotten no reply or gotten sent to their voicemail. I consigned my clothes here a few times... And always felt a little uneasy when the store clerk put my clothes in a laundry basket and just put them in the back without taking inventory. And then not once but twice, they lost multiple articles of clothing that I had consigned with them. So, if you are ok just donating your items, this is a pretty little place to take them. When I brought up the issue, the young lady said there is nothing they could do about it. Yeah...I won't be going back there.

I’ve really enjoyed this store in the past. Unfortunately there is no way to determine if you are accepting consignment clothes. Driving to the store for that purpose and being told to “check back next week” (by driving down to the store again) is very frustrating.
