I experienced horrible customer service here yesterday. I purchased a plus sized item online and tried to return it in store and was told they couldn't accept the return because they only sell S-L in store. It doesn't say that anywhere on the packaging slip. So I called corporate and they immediately called the store and reconciled the situation. However I was still pissed that they lied so they wouldn't have to take the shirt.

I absolutely luv this store. I always find something Cute to wear. But I luv this store even more when I find something I like and they actually have my Size. It is Everything
