Beware, the owners of this store are dishonest and will lie to you. I made the mistake of finding a rug through facebook marketplace that apparently was "owned" by one of the owners- Farid. There was no mention of the cuts or acidification to the carpet in the ad. When I went to pick it up, at their store, Aga John Rugs, Farid still didn't tell me about the condition, I had to ask, and he lied saying that it was normal wear to an old carpet, but not to worry, it wouldn't continue to degrade. We bought an extremely well-priced contemporary hand-knotted rug here. Buying was a quick and painless. Pricing was straightforward and reasonable, no haggling, long stories or showmanship. We took a few rugs home for a trial, which we are glad we did. The owner or manager was likable, knowledgeable, straightforward, and helpful. The lads who flipped the rugs were pleasant and professional, too. We purchased a 6x9. These were hanging on a rack and easy to see.
