We paid for a 25 year roof. There were a couple of mistakes in the quote and was redone. When installing the roof, we noticed they used lower grade product sheet and called them out on it. Some areas did not have paper sheets. Roof is now 17 years old and is in very bad shape. We need a new roof. Our neighbour's roof is the same age and in good shape.
