Had a wonderful experience at this medical facility. Supervisor Maria was incredibly professional, attentive, and made everything run smoothly. Nafeeza at the front desk, shes also supervisor- was so kind and welcoming from the moment we arrived. Dr. Nigel was caring, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. Truly a great team — thank you for the excellent care and service!

Lloyd was such a delight to be seen by. He was so kind, thorough, well informed, and made this the best medical experience I’ve ever had in my life as someone who is chronically ill/always at some kind of doctor appointment. I went in today to do some routine testing and he made me feel so welcomed, not judged, and no anxiety. Dr. Neero(not sure if I’m spelling right) was amazing!!! He listens, doesn’t rush, cares about what I had to say, and extremely informative. It also felt good to see someone who looked like me(of color, tatts, and nose piercing) I hope he stays. Yall better keep him!!!!

Staff and crew were wonderful. Long wait time, but I kicked my feet up in the main waiting area and watched a full movie. Doc seemed irritated, but it’s also 10:43 and I’m sure he wanted to leave as much as I did. Good time, got my meds, no complaints

This was the kindest, most polite, efficient, and friendliest staff I’ve ever met at an urgent care. I came in with shortness of breath from the wildfire smoke. They saw me immediately and took such good care of me! Dr. Dallyson was so affable and stayed late to make sure I had the care I needed.
