These people are Horrible, they never answer the phone, ive been calling for my medical records for days, calling for days and no one is getting back to me or sending me any information. They keep telling me they are going to send the information or call me back and im getting surgery in a cople of days i need this information. Then the other day i waited outside for an hour and a half after the facility was supposed to be open at 9, didnt open until 10:30 for someone to come and not apologize for being late, its just horrib... read more
