These guys have always been great and the drivers have always been super cool and helpful. Had a minor issue with an emergency refill and Sean Little took care of it right away and made it right, that's all you can ask for in this day and age. Thanks for doing the work y'all do.
Very difficult to sign up to have propane delivered to your home. You have to print multiple pages of PDFs to fill out, no e-sign and they require a credit check. Called AmeriGas and they got me signed up on the phone in 10 min and scheduled delivery for a cheaper price per gallon.

Sent a letter and raised the price of tank rental by over 20 percent. Ridiculous. Charge 100.00 an hour to come pick up their own tank. Called to ask why the increase and response was we sent a letter and basically do not care if you cancel. Bad business.
Absolutely horrible customer service. Condescending and rude on the phone and not willing to work with you at all. Do not use this company if you want propane.
