I informed the realty that I would like to look at a rental after lunch. At no time did they inform me that they have lunch from 1-2 PM. If you are not going to be available for service, you should inform your customers as a matter of courtesy, so they do not waste their time. In order to look at a rental you have to text your license and a selfie photo at the rental. I did as asked but waited over 15 minutes without a key code to take a look at a rental. Absolutely love Mr. and Mrs. Simmons. They are fantastic landlords. Simple to make maintenance requests and they respond incredibly fast. Monthly pest control and routine lawncare. I am extremely happy to have the Simmons as my landlord. On top of that they are an incredibly sweet couple.
I highly recommend A & G Simmons Realty, LLC. The application process was very simple. I was very please with the entire process, the property as well as the professionalism.
Wasted so much time filling out an application and getting information from landlords just to be charged an application fee and hear nothing back. Do not rent from this company! Money hungry.
This has been one of the most complex, exhausting application processes I've ever experienced. I would never go through this company again! They require an end date for a job that does not have one and cannot submit the app without it, so I made up an end date, just for her to say "I can't submit because I won't have a job after a certain date" I explained I only added that date because it REQUIRED one.
