As a newcomer to knife-making I can’t pass up a knife store when I see one. All of their products have a LIFETIME and satisfaction-guaranteed warranty. I’d buy all my steel toys and tools from here if I lived around here. Customer service was great too!
There was a man in there I did not get his name, but he was an older gentleman with a ponytail from England. Very nice gentleman walk me around all of the showcases and help me pick out a knife that suits my needs as I’m visiting here in Bentonville, Arkansas, the lady at the counter named Lola Was a very wonderful, helpful lady Mr. Russell you’ve hired a couple good folks to run your showroom floor and I appreciate the wonderful experience that I received here today July 19, 2025 .
I called about my order. The lady over the phone said i had to talk to customer service. So I asked can i get the number to customer service and i kid you not she says "Well i cant transfer you because this is the customer service number but i can take a message and have them call you back". Don't buy from here. You can pay and get charged on Monday but they wont ship it out till the following week if it even gets out. Trash customer service
Very helpful staff. I came in with what I kinda knew I wanted and they were quick to find it and I ended up with an extra purchase. Not pushy at all and very helpful.
