I would very willfully give illume a 5 star rating. I have lived in Portland many years, and have had to deal with other management companies, as I am a renter. And by far their staff and dedication to making my experience in this process was amazing. Answered any questions and emails very promptly, met me at the property I was looking at, on time with a smile and great personality. Worst property management company ever. 1. Let renters remove fixtures and replace them without recourse 2. Allowed renters to paint the entire home without recourse. 3. Allowed renters to leave stuff and then charged the landlords for removal 4. Their repair people were incompetent on repairing our deck and left boards floating underneath to the point the ROT away so bad we could have been sued. 5. The A&G ladies were so interested in the marketing of A&G they weren’t even doing their jobs. 6. A&G costs us at least 10k doll... read more
