Can’t get them to contract for services. I’ve tried three times in the last year. No one ever calls back or follows up. Last time I complained they sent someone. Asked for a contract with the technician and receptionist at their number. They are unresponsive. I’ll assume they have too many customers.
I’ve been using A&G for over a decade, and their skilled technicians always go above and beyond when servicing my units. Their office staff is knowledgeable, and they quickly respond when I have inquiries. I have (also) had to call after hours, and their quick response to my needs was next level, and we all need that when dealing with the heat in South Louisiana. The entire team provides five-star service and their prices are fair.
I needed a new motor for my A/C. A tech was sent to my house the very next day to diagnose the problem. I was told the part would be in the next day. It was almost the close of business day and I hadn't heard anything. I called and was told they did not receive the part. Although they cannot control when they receive items needed, a phone call with an update would have gone a long way especially since I was told it would be in the next day.
