If I could leave ZERO stars I would. I lived there for almost 2 years. The first year was absolutely fine. After my lease renewed it went down hill fast. They stopped fixing items that needed within a reasonable amount of time if at all. Multiple tenants put in work orders for the laundry machines breaking down but they never would fix them. It took 2 months before someone could return my call for a showing. Then I was scheduled a week out. which I took time off for. Then was confirmed the date An hour before the showing it was cancelled even though they just confirmed. They couldn't accommodate me again until another week.I took off work again. Have a clogged toilet, had a plumber come look at it, told us the the problem was something past our 10ft of the drain and AG still fought with us about who had to deal with it even after acknowledging it was their problem through their actions taken when setting up an appointment with a new plumber
