Excellent customer service and quality work at reasonable price. My John Deere D110 started running poorly 2 weeks ago and I submitted an online maintenance request. They promptly called me to schedule an appointment the week after next. Service Tech Corey came to my house and found that a valve rocker arm was loose and made the repair on site at minimal cost. Avoid at all costs! The customer service awful and pricing even worse! I, unfortunately, we had to have a service guy come out to repair some belts on my X300 riding lawn mower! It cost over $100 just to come out and tell me it was going to cost $900.00 to fix a few issues! I was ready to purchase a new model, unfortunately, they kept adding on charges that were insane and outrageous! I will go elsewhere!

Kevin was very knowledgeable about his product and did not pressure us one bit! I would recommend anyone who is looking for a John Deere tractor to call up Kevin and let him offer you the same great service!
