I bought a Jhon deer zero turn. In feb,the tires which are under warranty are flat,left the racist store today. The manger gave me a different size tire and told me it want go flat. The little old white man was getting smart with me.l paid $3000 and It has already been in the shop tires never worked. And they upset because no one does there job.Worst plac6in America for people of color to spend their hard earned money and to be so disrespted.
We had a good experience there getting our mower fixed. Everyone was very friendly and easy to deal with.
One of the worst companies to work for. I was a tech there and got diagnosed with stage 3 cancer in October last year. From then till I walked out the door they treated me like crap. Store manager and service manager needs to grow up and learn how to run a business. Also service writer needs to get off all her pills so she can do aher job. I seen this company charge people for parts and labor on stuff they did not replace. Again worst place to work for.
