RecommendedI have a JD 3032e that i could not get started. It was 90 minutes from my house and I was working with the JD people close by. Dropped of the tractor yesterday with an issue...Service did a great job, discovered the issue and on the way to have it repaired promptly. Plus, they communicated quickly about the issues and are very professional in every step along the way! Fantastic customer service. Purchased a new Stihl chainsaw and their customer service was top-notch. I didn't know they carried Stihl or what they had up there, but the way they handled themselves they have earned a new customer.
I took my John Deere mower up there about a month or so ago and had it serviced. 800 and something dollars later it wasn’t fixed correct! I went to mow my lawn that evening after getting it back and it does not cut my grass evenly. When i called up there they said they would look at it again but was going to charge me! I’m very disappointed in the customer service from them especially for how much i paid to have it serviced!
They have excellent customer service and people who always greet you with a smile! Adrian worked patiently for several months with me while I decided on what mower I wanted to buy. Once I decided on what I wanted he was very helpful while walking me through the process. He was a great salesman, I will certainly be a repeat customer!

When Adrian Woodruff sold me my 930m at the beginning of the year, he has stood beside me every time I took my mower in for a service or ran across a faulty part. Between finding demos to use or running and getting parts making sure the mower is full of gas. Adrain has gone above and beyond when it comes to customer service. I really appreciate it! I recommend any landscape professional to stop by and let them take care of you like they have done to me.
