Kept our mower for 3 weeks. Replaced drive and deck belts and guide and charged us 842.00. Mower was skipping when picked up. Advised us they had to leave it in rain because shop was full. Brought home and drove about 100 feet and belt came off. Took mower back and fixed belt. Checked skipping noise and first said bent push rod then said carburetor. Charge already gonna be 199.00 just for checking. Wanted 350.00 to replace carbeurator. Was supposed to call us and never did. Had to call them. Took mower home after paying 1000... read more
It’s hard to get them to return your call!!! Let alone make a trade or a good deal !!!!
Kept weed eater for 2 weeks, never called. Finally went in to see if fixed, said they hooked it up to diagnostic machine (can you hook up a weed eater to a diagnostic machine?) said it was unrepairable and tried to charge $46.00! You know the old saying...fool me once?
I went in and was quoted a price on a used tractor at the Dalton store. After I left and talked to a friend of mine about the tractor he called and was quoted the same price. I went to AgPro this morning to buy the tractor and was told by the salesman that he quoted the wrong price and would do nothing about it and got upset when I asked to speak to the manager. I definitely would not go back in that store and deal with the salesman.
