I am not one to leave reviews but hoping this helps someone else before they go in for service. I called and I dropped off my John Deer S220 mower. I asked about when I could pick it up and was told a few days. That turned into 3weeks. When arriving I was given 3 options for a service and I chose the one in the middle at $299.99 which included pretty much everything I thought I needed. Do not take your Honda mower here for warranty/service! We took our brand new lawn mower in for a recall fix. They returned it to us filthy and covered it grease with random screws on the deck. We used it assuming they put oil in it (like how we gave it to them). They did not. Now we have a catastrophic failure they refused to acknowledge was their fault and Honda won’t cover it since AG pro was responsible. $1,000 mower now a paperweight. Will be reporting to the BBB, attorney general, FTC and CFPB.
