Do not take your Honda mower here for warranty/service! We took our brand new lawn mower in for a recall fix. They returned it to us filthy and covered it grease with random screws on the deck. We used it assuming they put oil in it (like how we gave it to them). They did not. Now we have a catastrophic failure they refused to acknowledge was their fault and Honda won’t cover it since AG pro was responsible. $1,000 mower now a paperweight. Will be reporting to the BBB, attorney general, FTC and CFPB.

I can't be more happy with the customer service. I've gotten from this store both in purchasing my tractor from Ross and the amazing followup and support from parts with Blake. Needed help with a parts issue and Blake took care of me and got what I needed headed my direct. Can't be more happy with the customer service. Great dealership and great people.

I buy my parts here. The staff are great! Recently, I had an issues with my tractor stalling. I was able to speak with Josh, one of the mechanics, and he pulled up the parts diagram and walked me through steps to address my problem. He took the time to make sure I understood and from the counter to my conversation with Josh, I was very appreciative. Thank you.
