To begin with, something very compelling, good or bad, has to happen before I will leave a comment for any business. In the case of Ag-Pro (Dacula), my experience with their service department, specifically Brad and Scott, has been one of the most positive experiences regarding anything with an engine. Was checking on your reviews for Dacula store and I am very disappointed that they are no better than the Lilburn store. I see how they respond back saying all that they will do to correct the problem but your reviews over the years are never bettered, showing their lack of concern, much less correcting the problem. What a joke, and from this point forward will not use your services because nothing changes. My business will be going to Stevens equipment in Loganville.
Left a model LT155 for steering repair. Waiting for parts which is fine, however my tractor was left outside in the weather. Leaves and pinestraw on the mower and the mower was dirty. The steering was fixed fine, but I also discovered after getting home and looking closer that the hood hinge got damaged and put back together with oversized washers.
