Very impressed with Chris, took care of me as a customer.
Purchased a STIHL BR 600 backpack blower last summer. Not a cheap purchase. The manager, "gave me a great deal". I knew the unit I wanted, and they picked the unit out. Week later, they had to replace the fuel tank as it leaked all over my garage. When submitting it into service, the lady mentioned motors going out and not working. Fast forward to today, motor does not start... Go figure... Took it to service, they wanted me to pay 50 dollars to have it looked at incase it was outside warranty. I've maybe used it 5 times.
