Overall my buying experience was well. Salesman had some trouble when I went to pay inputting information into the form and had to call support on the phone to get the task completed. Then ended up having to redo everything to make it work. Then came the delivery, lack of communication, had to call later that day to make sure the mower would be delivered. Within 10 minutes of the call, the delivery was made.
