Extremely rude employees. would not stop honking on the road. there was an ambulance and we had the green light and did not move so the ambulance could cross and the truck kept honking. the car in front of us was not moving at the green light and he started honking at us. i’m sure the service itself is great. but due to the experience on the road with the employees, i would not ever use this company if i needed my ac or heater fixed.
I have been a long time customer, and they were able to get to me on an expedited basis today to assist with an acute system failure. Great value, great service, I will be continuing our business relationship into the foreseeable future.
I purchased a Lennox Package Unit System from AG (Now is AZ) Heating and Air Conditioning back in 2015 for approximately $10,000. The unit has 10-year Warranty on Compressor and all Parts. The Unit broke down in August 2022. They charged me a Service Call to tell me that the Condenser Coil has a leak and needed to be replaced. They advised me have the AC off till it gets fixed! They indicated that I will be charged half of almost the full cost ($5,500) since the parts are under warranty!! We are in October 2022 and still wai... read more
