Called about my baler monitor having issues on a Friday, overnighted it to them, the received it at 8:30 monday morning, got a call at 10:30 with the issue at 10:30, said they would have it fixed and bsck in the mail that day. recived it back tuesday afternoon. Excellent service and turn around, very impressed and happy! 2 thumbs up!
Ordered a part back in early April that was needed for planting and it never showed up. When i called to find out where it is Ag Express claimed it was delivered. After going over my mailing information to be sure it was correct i assured them that it was never delivered. Ag Express more or less said that it was not their problem and I would have to reorder my part which was worth $150. That'll be my first and last order with these guys.

SENT JD STARFIRE3000 FOR INTERMEDIATE SERVICE, WAS SENT BACK TO US WITH DOME SAWED OFF SAYING IRREPARABLE I SENT BACK TO GET DOME REPLACED AS PER MY CUSTOMER. CUSTOMER PD FREIGHT 3 TIMES BUT DOES NOT FEEL HE DESERVES TO PAY AGAIN. UNIT STILL WORKING INTERMITTENT. WE ARE VERY DISAPPOINTED
