Do NOT use these people. Andy is horrendous and has no project management skills. Its literally delivered on a napkin. He has messed up everything in all rooms. Its constant conversation and then he blames you for not being there for monitoring construction. He has done 2 of my properties. I will never use him again. I bought toto toilets and he never installed a plug. Such a waste of time. My kitchen cabinets were installed wrong. He also installed the handles completely crooked. So many more issues.
