Had a 2:30 appointment today for a "consultation" for weight loss. Haven't had a car since COVID started so it's mainly been public transportation (why buy a car when you can't drive anywhere?). According to my friend the LA bus system it looks like I'm going to be about 10 minutes late for my 2:30. Marissa is a terrific coach. She's patient, informative and very passionate about getting people on the right track for their fitness goals. She helped train a group of us at work (30+ people) for the LA Marathon this year and even ran in the race to motivate and encourage us to push our limits. Her enthusiasm and energy made a huge difference. I'd recommend her to anyone.
I have to say... When nothing else worked for me,this did! I was very uncomfortable weigh-in @ 245lbs. The largest I've ever been. Medication, and Cortisol increase from extreme stress, was the culprit. Having been active all my life, made this difficult. I tried several different plans, and became totally frustrated. If your looking to lose weight then Dr.Gravich is the person to see. Her weight loss clinic works and her and her staff know what they are doing. They treat you like family there . The only issue I had which is not that big of the deal is getting to her office from Burbank. Besides the drive everything else is wonderful.
