Absolute rip off. This company advertises low prices to get you in, then hits you with extra taxes and charges at pickup that should’ve been made clear from the start. Total bait and switch. After returning the car they then tried claiming fake damage to charge me more money, even though I had video proof of the car’s condition when I handed it back. Felt completely dishonest and scam-like from start to finish. Avoid if you don’t want surprise charges and headaches.
Scam!!!!!! Do not use this scam car rental firm or its associated scam businesses through VIP cars. Firstly and most importantly their office was closed, waited for over 2 hours with 2 other families and they did not show up! Banged on door and left messages on their camera intercom message service, no response. Do not answer the phone, no actual way of speaking to customer service or an agent. Don’t use this company if you don’t want your holiday ruined. The office was closed on our arrival and we never got our rental car. Calls and messages went unanswered. We had to make another booking in the end.
Warning! Super dodge place. They run an umbrella operation with other rental "companies" from the same location: Rental24 and Safecar. When picking up the car you have to go into the back of some dodge warehouse, then the guy tried to rob me of $5 per day (I had to manually make calculations before paying to find this out), then when I returned the car a few days early they refused to refund me for the extra days. They exploit people. Stay away
