Pheasant Hollow and Quail Ridge (managed by Candlebrook) is an absolute rip-off and I strongly urge you to consider living elsewhere. Case in point: 2 1/2 months BEFORE my lease was to expire I received notice to renew. In bold letters, it stated: "We cannot renew your lease without your signature." Two weeks later, without my signature, Candlebrook automatically renewed my lease for one year.
