I was having very elevated blood pressure and staff sent me to the hospital by ambulance with no directions as to how to get back. When I called, I woke the overnight staff who didn’t even know I was gone. Then I was told to order my own Lyft back. I don’t have any ability to do so. have called multiple times where the phone isn’t even answered. Absolutely incredible place! They helped me so much! After a very long illness that devastated my body, mind, & made me homeless, I was discharged from my hospital to Afton Place. They made it SO much easier to slowly rebuild my life & my mind. When I arrived I still had difficulty with comprehension,walking, & t/fine motor skills in my right hand/arm & they were awesome about keeping an eye on me while not being invasive.
