This STARTED out as a decent place, people were nice if not educating. Since the most Recent buyout no answer on phone calls, no one in the office then finally got a name of the new manager, Barbara Quinones. Being told the roaches are worse in the Bronx and that there is no infestation and everything will be better Once the renovations are finished. Well, overflowing trash bins, uncut grass (getting so high kids were disappearing) and unkempt grounds overall. Code enforcement called multiple times only fixed once. Now it is... read more

Very bad Roach infestation. Do not move here. This place needs to lose the $100k plus federal funding it receives monthly because they are not providing habitable housing for residents or guests. Do not mow grass, it's where the cockroaches are coming from and the sewage. The complex needs to be condemned and tore down. Black mold in every unit. Property manager Barabara denies any cockroach problem. Maintenance guy is also on substances.
