The customer service is okay, we got our unit back in august and have never had a single roach until I moved my belongings into this storage facility. After contacting them several times about the roaches and finding foggers outside my unit and the bugs still aren’t controlled or handled and we haven’t been compensated for our belongings being ruined, I had baby items and several baby thing's ruined because I’ve already got asthma and I’m not risking my babies health!
