Walked in with my husband and two kids to get a consultation and immediately the girl at reception was very rude. She was short when I asked her for the restroom to which Made me upset knowing that she works in a customer based industry and isn’t very friendly. At least to us. Will not be getting our consultation after all. Please be friendlier to your next potential clients. You lost money here.

Absolutely love Jo, she’s such a sweetheart and did a wonderful job on all of my piercings! She makes you feel comfortable and has such a calm inviting environment and makes sure you walk out of there knowing how to properly clean and care for your piercings. I got my nose pierced by her and it healed beautifully as well as my other piercings.
