I overall enjoy this establishment, but most recently went and had a rude server. I understand everyone here is young so be it, but I had an interaction with this girl, did not catch her name but she had split dye hair, short bangs, and piercings. Her mannerisms were rude, she threw down the incorrect sized lids at our order after I asked twice, and she missed a third lid and left. I know this sounds extra, but it was so distasteful. This ice cream shop was absolutely amazing and definitely deserves five stars. The ice cream was incredibly delicious, fresh, and full of rich flavor. Every bite tasted high quality, and you can tell they truly care about the ingredients and the experience they provide to customers. Afters has been my favorite ice cream place ever since moving to Cali back in 2018. I've tried multiple flavors, but keep coming back to the Salty O's (as a milkshake, and often with some caramel thrown in). I've tried and enjoyed the Ube Brownie, cookie monster, dark matter brownie batter, and the milk & cereal. All solid tasty options that I would get again. For a friend's bday I plan on getting them an Afters ice cream cake. If you haven't already, drop by and give them a try.
